Victorian Mourning Cockade Fan / Antique Folding Black Hand 。A rare and elegant Victorian-era cockade fan featuring a full 360-degree circular bloom when opened. The fan is constructed with finely pleated black silk material attached to sturdy, rounded handles finished in a dark, aged leather or faux-leather wrap. It features a traditional metal latch at the base to keep the fan securely closed when not in use. This piece shows a beautiful patina consistent with age, including minor wear to the handle surfaces and small areas of softening in the pleats, which adds to its authentic antique character. A wonderful find for collectors of period fashion accessories or mourning attire. Great antique value!!
